Submission Guidelines

Articles can be on a wide variety of topics to include guns, ammo, optics, gear lists, draws, non-profits, specific hunts, organizations, hunting issues, and more. The topic is in your hands. 

What makes a good article? A good article will bring a high level of traffic, interaction, education, and value. All articles must be shooting, hunting, or outdoor related. Proper information flow and high quality photos and videos (if applicable) are required. Articles that bring a high level of traffic, interaction, and conversion potential to the website will be considered for long term contractual article writing. 

Articles should consist of no more than 1200 words with pictures, videos (if applicable), and appropriate backlinks. All photos and videos must be writer owned.

Articles that have been published on other platforms or websites will not be accepted. All articles will be checked for plagiarism upon review. 

Compensation

.15 cents per word

$5 per image (1 image per 200 - 600 words)

How do I submit my article pitch?

Send an email to tyler.kath@tandkhunting.com with the below information.

Subject line: Article Pitch

2-3 links and/or examples of articles you have written within the hunting and outdoor space.  

1-2 paragraphs pitching your article topic. 

If we are interested, we will send a contract to your email. Contracts will consist of pricing, deadline, and payment form. Contracts must be signed and sent back to tyler.kath@tandkhunting.com within 24 hours.
